As said, download and use the Ookla Speedtest APP from the Microsoft Store. If your line is up to snuff you'll see something around 940's. First off, as a baseline I always suggest you go into the Gateway's UI and go to the Diagnostic tab, then Speed Test and then click the Speed Test button. You may not really be having issues at all. Never have I gotten speeds of over 800Mbps. I have had the ATT 1000Mbps connection for over a year now. Posting on this forum for the first time.
